Project Overview

BrandForge is an AI-powered mockup generator designed to solve the time-consuming process of creating brand visualizations for designers, entrepreneurs, and creators.

Problem

Traditional mockup creation requires downloading templates, using complex software like Photoshop, and manually placing logos on products, which slows creative exploration and creates barriers for non-designers.

Solution

BrandForge simplifies this workflow by allowing users to upload a logo, select product categories such as hoodies, tote bags, and laptops, and instantly generate realistic branded mockups. The platform focuses on a minimal three-step user flow.

Technology and Outcome

The platform was built using Lovable, AI image generation, and prompt engineering with ChatGPT and Gemini to create a dynamic web application that produces mockups in about two minutes. Informal user testing helped refine the interface and improve usability, ensuring a clear and efficient workflow. As a result, BrandForge demonstrates how AI and modern web tools can streamline branding and mockup creation by reducing manual work and accelerating visual production.

The outcome highlights strong UX thinking, rapid prototyping, and the ability to integrate emerging AI technologies into a functional design tool that generates professional visual assets for presentation and marketing.
